How Lazy is CNN?

Check this out from  Josh Marshall's Talking Points Memo.
Homeland Security Official Brian Doyle was arrested yesterday for soliciting sex from who he thought was a young girl—except it was a cop. Talking Points Memo published the mug shot. You can see the TPM logo in the upper right of the photo. CNN is so lazy that instead of getting their own mug shot, they dragged TPM’s photo to their web page. When Josh got onto them they removed it but still carelessly left TPM’s logo on the story page. What’s this tell us besides the fact that they’re lazy? I think it tells us that CNN is reading the blogs and using them as a news source. Sure is easier than getting it yourself. The traditional media feels really threatened by political bloggers many of whom have more readers than well-known magazines and most cable news shows.
